About 14 to 15 years of age. It was a small girl wearing a clean costume with a clean skin like crystal.

She had tears in her eyes, her blue hair extended all the way to her shoulders and she gave others a serious impression.

“Oh, if it isn’t Tina! It’s been a long time!”

The little girl called Tina sported an irritated expression, while Iris was exclaiming happily.

“Although I didn’t believe it when I received the <Friend Map>^[5]… you was safe in the end.”

<Friend Map> was a Wiz card which identified the location of a partner you trusted. Just in time, Tina asked Ninfa if Iris was safe, and rushed here in great haste.

“Oh Tina… This being you’re looking at is this generations’ Supreme Go…”

“<Silent>^[6]!”

Short Story – Grasshopper.

Hidder: Hey, look at that, I’m actually not giving up. Here’s another short story I found yet again on Syosetu. This time I didn’t help Shiro at all, I translated this during my lunch break, and it was very poorly translated, so he had to do all the job on the editing part, so he basically did the “I’m gonna change what the author-chan wrote to make it sound better” thing. 

Anyway, next item cheat part is probably going to be released this weekend.

Shiro the Hero: It took me more than 10 minutes to finally figure out that the “plant hopper” (that’s how Hidder named our insect friend here originally) *pew pew pew, Hidder here, the insect was not named that, but I’m too lazy to find the actual english name for it* was actually a grasshopper. I can’t believe I didn’t notice it for so long… But hey, who expects to just randomly receive a barely readable, “translated” short story about a grasshopper? I haven’t even seen one of these adorable little things in many years. Maybe I should venture into the vast, outside world beyond my room again…?

Nah, of course not! What am I thinking?

And now that I’m thinking about it a little bit more, wasn’t one of the biblical plagues basically a grasshopper infestation? (Yes, locusts are grasshoppers.) HAH, NO NEED TO GO OUTSIDE FOR AN ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARD! Hikikomori-dom wins yet again! Booya! xD

Shouma who descended to Astral following Iris, was walking around looking really curious.

Although he thought he would definitely see fantastical places in this different world… there were no buildings that gave Shouma a feeling of culture shock.

Whether it could be described as a European-style townscape or not, there were buildings that gave the feeling of oldness and nostalgia.

However, not all of them were [European-style], so that explanation was not valid.

Short Story – Of Card Games and Barbeques + What happened to the blog

Hidder: Hello guys, it’s me again, Hidder. I know it’s been a long time, and I want to apologize for that. I AM TRULY SORRY. I wanted to continue translating but my lazyn… some stuff happened. And now that I will also start working I thought that the project was going to actually die… But I don’t want this. So I forced myself to translate this short story I found on syosetu. It’s not the most interesting story in the world, but in my opinion it’s worth a read.

About the novel we were translating: Yeah, that one will be on hiatus for an indefinite amount of time. It’s not that I don’t like the story, on the contrary I love it, but now I will have less and less time, and I find it hard to focus on something that big for a long time. So from now on you can expect some short stories like this one and maybe a Web Novel. If you have any suggestion of untranslated web novels please let us know.

Shiro the Hero: I thought I’d never have to edit anything again… and then, out of the blue… came this. To be honest, I was quite shocked. I thought Hidder would continue to be lazy cough busy forever. Anyway, sorry for the wait and that the 2^nd chapter is still not released yet. But hey, I have to agree with Hidder on something: this short story is worth reading, it’s quite enjoyable.

About the future: I will keep editing whatever Hidder sends my way, so if you can convince him to translate a story somehow, that’d be amazing.

A lot of stuff happened, twice I had a headache when I decided to start translating, and as I said before, Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Links was released and I’ve been playing non stop.
